In partnership with several Alzheimer’s Disease experts and providers, these resources have been collected to provide a comprehensive list of services, education and support for families that have questions or are living with Alzheimer’s Disease.  

 

As a friend, family or a caregiver for someone with Alzheimer’s disease, it can be helpful to be well-informed about the diagnosis. In collaboration with our partners, here is a list of resources available to better prepare you for Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders.

 

Support for the Know ALZ project comes from an Illinois Department of Public Health grant to the Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA) - the oldest and largest public health association in the State of Illinois.
